Emerald Environmental Services, Ltd. utilizes current software tools and computer technology to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in managing large, multi-task projects. By continually updating hardware and software systems, Emerald can provide complex emission calculations, electronic reporting, dispersion modeling and computer-aided design/drafting solutions.
Emerald's technical personnel are OSHA trained under 1910.120 to comply with hazardous materials training requirements. Technical personnel are also certified as TCEQ Visible Emissions Evaluators. They also participate in the TCEQ Small Business and Local Government Assistance (SBLGA) training sessions that have encompassed workshops relative to fleet maintenance, surface coating, foundry, metal finishers, dry cleaners, and storm water permitting.
Audit reports produced by Emerald include a list of action items and recommendations that the client can use to achieve compliance with applicable state and federal environmental regulations, including pertinent air, solid and hazardous waste, wastewater, storm water, SPCC, Tier II and TRI compliance. Determinations of applicability and compliance, relevant support documentation, and applicable regulatory citations are included in the audit reports.
